Each individual may hold only one bet12 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of the offer. Bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal.
Withdrawal requests are processed in line with the published schedule. Verified accounts receive priority processing. bet12 reserves the right to verify the source of funds.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, and exploitation of software errors are prohibited and will result in account termination.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

| "Account" | The personal user account created by a Member upon successful registration, used to access and utilise bet12 services. |
| "Balance" | The funds held within a Member's Account wallet, comprising real money deposits and any credited bonus funds, displayed separately. |
| "Bonus Funds" | Promotional credits, match bonuses, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account, subject to applicable wagering requirements. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered (or "turned over") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. |
| "Bet" / "Wager" | Any stake placed by a Member on any game, event, or market available on the Platform. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to unlock full account functionality, including withdrawals above minimum thresholds. |
| "AML" | Anti-Money Laundering — the regulatory framework and internal procedures bet12 applies to detect and prevent financial crime on the Platform. |
2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bet12. Your registration on, or continued use of, the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in full.
2.2 These Terms must be read in conjunction with any product-specific rules (including but not limited to Sportsbook Betting Rules, Casino Game Rules, Slots Terms, and Promotion-Specific Terms), all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these General Terms and product-specific terms, the product-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that product.
2.3 bet12 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.4 These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 Minimum Age. Access to and use of the bet12 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Registration by, or wagering on behalf of, any person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is the Member's sole responsibility to ascertain whether their use of the bet12 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. bet12 does not warrant or represent that use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited is not authorised.
3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not permitted to register or maintain an Account: (a) employees, contractors, and agents of bet12 and its affiliated entities; (b) persons who have been placed on a self-exclusion register applicable to bet12; (c) persons acting under a court-issued legal incapacity; (d) persons who bet12 has previously excluded or suspended for any reason.
3.4 bet12 may require Members to provide satisfactory evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal requests pending verification.
21+ Requirement: bet12 is strictly an adults-only platform. All registration attempts are subject to age verification. If we reasonably believe a Member is under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended pending verification, and all funds wagered during the period of underage use may be forfeited.
4.1 One Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold only one Account on the bet12 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. bet12 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances associated with such Accounts.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. Members must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must promptly update their Account details to ensure ongoing accuracy. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination.
4.3 Account Security. Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their username and password. bet12 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their Account. Members must notify bet12 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of their Account.
4.4 KYC Verification. bet12 is required to verify the identity of Members as part of its regulatory obligations. Members may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be subject to withdrawal limits or restrictions on specific features.
4.5 Account Currency. All Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified at the time of registration. bet12 does not guarantee availability of multi-currency accounts.
5.1 Deposits. Members may deposit funds into their Account using the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. Current supported methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, GrabPay, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Deposit page within the Account dashboard.
5.2 Deposit Restrictions. Members must only deposit using payment instruments in their own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. bet12 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be attributed to a verified Account holder and may require documentary evidence to confirm the source of funds.
5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit, where technically feasible. bet12 may require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times are indicative only and may be extended for security or compliance review purposes.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be approved where: (a) the Member's Account is verified and in good standing; (b) there are no outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds in the Account; and (c) the withdrawal request meets the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold.
5.5 AML Compliance. bet12 is required to conduct AML checks on all significant financial transactions. Members may be requested to provide documentation supporting the source of funds deposited. Suspicious transaction activity will be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
6.1 From time to time, bet12 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback credits, and other incentives to Members. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, which shall be incorporated into and form part of these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier and eligible game types will be set out in the promotion terms. Bets placed using Bonus Funds on excluded games or markets will not contribute to wagering requirements.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. bet12 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim any Bonus Funds, and to void any winnings derived from such funds, if there is reasonable evidence of: (a) exploitation of a software error, loophole, or promotion structure in a manner not intended; (b) use of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; (c) coordinated or systematic wagering designed solely to guarantee bonus conversion without genuine play risk; or (d) any other form of fraudulent or improper conduct.
6.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless and until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
6.5 bet12 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time, provided that such change will not retroactively affect already-completed qualifying actions in respect of that promotion.
7.1 All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that product (Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, etc.) as published on the Platform. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing bets.
7.2 Settlement. bet12 reserves the right to delay settlement of any bet pending investigation of a dispute, technical error, or suspected irregular activity. In cases of obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors"), bet12 reserves the right to void the relevant bets regardless of whether they have been settled.
7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market as displayed on the Platform. bet12 reserves the right to impose individual account-level betting limits at its sole discretion.
7.4 Live Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. bet12 does not guarantee continuous availability of any live betting market. Bets placed during any technical interruption to live data feeds may be voided.
7.5 All decisions made by bet12 regarding bet settlement, voiding, and result determination are final and binding subject to the formal dispute process described in Section 15.
Members must not engage in any of the following activities. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
Zero Tolerance: bet12 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, match manipulation, and money laundering. Accounts found to be involved in such activity will be immediately suspended, all funds withheld pending investigation, and the matter reported to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
9.1 All content on the bet12 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, game designs, and audiovisual elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of bet12 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other rights are granted.
9.3 Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
10.1 The bet12 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet12 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
10.2 bet12 shall not be liable for: (a) any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, network interruptions, or force majeure events; (c) any loss resulting from your reliance on Platform content; or (d) any third-party actions or omissions affecting your Account or transactions.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit bet12's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.
10.4 In any event, bet12's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 bet12 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms by reference.
11.2 By registering on the Platform, Members consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, and personalised marketing communications (where opted in).
11.3 Members have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data held by bet12, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Data requests should be directed to [email protected].
12.1 bet12 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment. The Platform provides Members with tools to manage their gambling behaviour, including: deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, temporary cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
12.2 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to self-exclude from the Platform may do so by accessing the Responsible Gaming section within their Account settings, or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. A Member who has self-excluded must not attempt to register a new Account or access the Platform by any other means during the exclusion period.
12.3 Underage Gambling Prevention. bet12 takes all reasonable measures to prevent access to the Platform by persons under 21 years of age. Members with children in their household are advised to use appropriate parental control software to restrict minors' access to gambling websites.

13.1 Member-Initiated Closure. Members may request permanent Account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any real-money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method after any applicable security checks.
13.2 bet12-Initiated Suspension or Termination. bet12 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: (a) there is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms; (b) the Member has provided false information during registration or KYC; (c) fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct is suspected; (d) regulatory or legal obligations require Account restriction; or (e) the Account poses an unacceptable financial or reputational risk to the Platform.
13.3 Upon termination for a breach of these Terms, bet12 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and may withhold real-money Balances pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that funds were obtained through fraudulent or prohibited means, such funds may be permanently forfeited.
13.4 bet12 will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice of Account suspension where it is safe and lawful to do so, except where immediate action is required to prevent ongoing harm.
14.1 bet12 may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bet12 will provide notice to registered Members by email, by on-platform notification, or by prominent notice on the website, specifying the date the revised Terms take effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your Account and cease use of the Platform prior to the effective date.
14.3 The date at the top of these Terms ("Last Updated") indicates the most recent revision date. Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bet12 holds its gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of any dispute between a Member and bet12, the Member should contact bet12 support in the first instance by emailing [email protected] or using the on-site live chat. bet12 will use reasonable endeavours to investigate and resolve the dispute within 14 business days.
15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the Member may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by bet12's licensing authority.
15.4 Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
